KinseySears was founded by Managing Director Tom Sears based on 20 years’ experience in leadership roles and executive search within the global sports industry. This knowledge, insight and experience of leading major sports organisations is unique in the sports recruitment sector and our industry expertise and established network sets us apart.
We have been both clients and candidates of search firms internationally, and this has informed how we approach our relationships with organisations seeking high calibre professionals.
